• Simple weekly plan (not daily coaching)

• Text support M–F, business hours

• Travel within defined zone

What’s EXCLUDED (unless add-on)

• Nutrition programming (beyond general guidance)

• Rehab coordination / insurance paperwork

• Daily messaging / check-ins

• On-call / same-day scheduling

Operating Windows

Set explicit concierge windows:

• Monday –Friday

• 7:00am–5:00pm

• No Weekends

Anything outside this = premium override or not available.

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour cancellation required

• Late cancel = session forfeited

• No “make-ups” unless you reschedule
