Executive Concierge is the full coaching relationship. I come to you, I program for you, and I stay engaged between sessions. This is not a pack. This is a coach embedded in your week.

Structure
8 In-Home Sessions per Month
$2,800/month ($350 per session)
3-month minimum commitment
Travel and parking within Zone A included
Priority scheduling

What's Included
Full movement screening, assessment, and program design
Session documentation and ongoing program tracking
Weekly training plan updated each week
In depth coaching conversations between sessions, Monday through Friday, business hours
Text support Monday through Friday, business hours
Rehab coordination with your provider, integrated into your weekly programming
Quarterly performance reviews
Priority scheduling

What's Not Included
Nutrition programming beyond general guidance
Messaging outside business hours

Operating Windows
Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm
Weekend sessions by arrangement at premium rate

Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice required to reschedule
Late cancel counts as a session used
