In Home Personal Training Burlingame, Hillsborough & San Francisco

When the 2020 pandemic shut down fitness facilities all over the San Francisco Bay Area, I moved all of my Personal Training clients to virtual training. I was fortunate that the facility that I did most of my personal training from in San Francisco, Kauno SF Physical Therapy was empty. I was easily able to conduct my virtual sessions for my personal training clients that lived in Hillsborough and Burlingame.

Once things began to open up once again, I decided that a part of my business would evolve. I currently run a hybrid system as an In Home Personal Trainer that takes part of my clientele in clinic, along with some virtual clients.

Diversifying has been great for me, my business and for my clients.

Clients who have kids with a variety of school schedules are able to train at home now. So even if one parent has to pickup a kid, they don’t have to rush back home and then back out to the gym. It allows families where I coach multiple family members to easily work back to back.

For clients who work from home now it’s also become much more convenient as they don’t have to carve out drive time to and from a location to get their personal training session in.

It works well for stay at home parents as well. After getting the kids off to school, it’s easy to then workout and then carry on with the rest of the day.

Of course for me it’s great because I get to move around more, getting more steps in and sun time outside of the clinic.

My clients usually have a variety of different setups.

Some prefer to be outdoors and have a space dedicated to exercise outside. Others have a dedicated home gym space.

I usually bring a variety of easy to carry supplemental equipment and tools when necessary, but as a Strength and Mobility Coach, I spend a lot of time helping people move better so that they can perform better at the activities they enjoy. Typically I work with clients who have been dealing with challenges post injury rehab, or people who want to make sure they’re mitigating their potential for injury.

From Youth Athletes, to adult golfers, avid runners, and recreational Tennis and Pickle Ball players; I help you Move Better, Feel Better and Do More of what you love for longer.
