DVRT Sandbag Workout 1 is designed to give you a basic introduction into some very foundational movement using the DVRT Ultimate Sandbag. There are many things you can do with Sandbags and they're a super versatile tool to travel with.
Protocol: Do 5 Rounds of 20 seconds activity with 40 seconds of rest. The goal is to maintain 8 to 12 reps per active period. Total Time 25 Minutes
